General Information

We are doing everything we can to make your visit with us as safe and enjoyable as possible. Our maximum capacity is now 40% of what it previously was, meaning we will only ever have a maximum of 75 customers in the building at any one time.

Our booking system ensures we keep a tight control of visitor numbers throughout the day; incorporating our own track and trace system.

Please make your booking from our Homepage.

Our tables have been socially spaced, allowing maximum distance between them. Each table has a ‘traffic light’ style disc to let you know which ones have been cleaned. Discs are turned to the orange side ‘not available’ when customers are seated and flipped to green side ‘I’m clean’ when staff have thoroughly wiped tables and chairs.

All touch points are cleaned thoroughly every two hours throughout the day, and a thorough fog and wipe of the whole structure with specialised cleaning products is performed at the end of every day.

We have hand sanitiser points throughout the building and screens at our tills. We currently require our customers to wear masks on arrival, when walking around, when ordering from the counter and when leaving but do not require you to wear them if you are playing within the actual structure.

With the current rule of 6, we request that you are seated in groups of 6 or less at your separately spaced tables.

We have a ventilation system that circulates fresh air through the building all through the day.

Our ball pools are currently closed or empty in order to adhere to guidelines and our dressing up has been removed for the time being. We still have plastic play food for our home corner, but it is swapped with a clean set at frequent intervals throughout the day.

All of this is in line with current government requirements and makes us feel much happier about how safe we are keeping our staff and customers.

Quiet Time

Our first few hours of the morning are always quieter as we build to maximum capacity, so if you have a child that prefers a quieter environment, 9.00am is a great time to bring them.

JunglaRoo is dedicated to providing an environment in which children can play, that is safe, clean and stimulating with an emphasis on fun. All of our equipment is checked and inspected by ROSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents). CCTV cameras monitor key areas. We have qualified first aiders on site at all times and an electronic controlled entrance and exit.

A full list of rules can be found in our reception area. All children have to be under the supervision of a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Socks must be worn at all times and are available to purchase. Long sleeves and trousers are recommended.
